R and B Associates is a multidisciplinary organization, with the zeal to find stimulus in the mundane and create value in the lives of people who interact with their designs. The brainchild of two highly diverse minded, well-intended, and informed professionals, the firm is constantly engaging with various design approaches

The firm is engaged in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Product Design, and Landscape design projects.

Tina Bali Rudra

is Bachelors in Architecture and Masters in Landscape Architecture (Gold Medal) from School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi. Her ability to view problems and contexts through various lenses enables innovative interpretations of the design brief and designs.

Founder of, The Red Trunk Project ,an endeavour very close to her heart attempts at bringing design and structured way of thinking into the realms of young school students. She is a part of Design Studios and gives lectures in School of Planning architecture and is a design juror at many design colleges.

Debjyoti Rudra

is Bachelors in Architecture and Masters in Industrial Design (Gold Medal) from School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi.

He is the recipient of the Agnihotri Award for excellence in research and Design. He brings to the table the ability to approach the most complex design briefs with meticulous research and structured methodology. His keen engagement in the systems and materiality ensure a robust and functionally sound response to most design problems. With a strong belief that “Design lies in detail“ his approach brings practicality and innovation in the projects.
